  • The project was to improve Cannonball Trail in the Yorkville and involved six parcels
  • The majority of the parcels were single-family residence but also included a kennel and a church, and we reached agreements with all owners without condemnation
  • This project was a mix of dedications and three-year temporary construction easements, and the land acquisition costs were over $23,000
  • The project was for construction of a sound wall by the CSX railroad tracks near Ferdinand Street in Bridgeview and involved 31 parcels
  • The majority of the parcel properties were single-family residences but also included some industrial buildings, and we reached agreements with all owners without condemnation
  • All but three of the parcels were permanent easements, and the land acquisition costs were $310,500
  • This project used federal funds, and all parcels were certified by the State of Illinois Department of Transportation

  • The project was to improve Old McHenry Road (County Highway 32) in Long Grove and involved 11 parcels
  • The project impacted downtown Long Grove and due to the historic nature of the area, we worked with the owners on unique challenges dealing with owners’ installations and buildings located in both the proposed and existing right of way

  • This project is a mix of fee simple acquisitions and five-year temporary easements, and the land acquisition costs exceed $337,400, which includes a fence escrow benefiting a property owner to alleviate their concerns about the fluctuating cost of materials and labor

  • The project was to improve Fairfield Road at Monaville Road in Lake Villa and involved eight parcels
