Property Management
We can act as the property manager for the duration of the project and beyond if necessary. From collecting rents and maintaining the property to securing and demolishing empty or abandoned properties, we have the experience to handle any issues that arise.
Closings
We will handle all real estate closings.
Real Estate Tax Exemption
We will take all necessary steps to secure tax-exempt status for all acquired property and any project related property previously acquired by the client that is not currently tax exempt.
